Klarity Health

Version: 1.0Effective date: March 2026
1

Our Commitment

Klarity Health (“Klarity”) is committed to minimising its environmental impact and to operating in an environmentally responsible manner.

Although Klarity is a software and data analytics company with a relatively small direct environmental footprint, we recognise that every organisation has a responsibility to act sustainably and to consider the environmental consequences of its decisions.

2

Our Environmental Impact

As a digital business, Klarity’s primary environmental impacts are:

  • Energy consumption in office spaces.

  • Business travel, including flights and road travel.

  • Electricity consumed by cloud computing and data infrastructure (noting that Klarity uses third-party cloud providers and does not operate its own data centres).

  • Paper and material use in office operations.

3

Our Commitments

Klarity commits to the following practical measures:

3.1 Energy

  • Selecting energy-efficient office locations and, where possible, premises supplied with renewable energy.

  • Encouraging staff to switch off equipment and lighting when not in use.

  • Considering energy efficiency as a criterion when procuring hardware and office equipment.

3.2 Travel

  • Encouraging remote meetings and collaboration tools as a default, reducing the need for travel.

  • Where travel is necessary, preferring rail over air travel for journeys of under three hours.

  • Supporting staff who choose low-emission commuting options.

3.3 Digital Infrastructure

  • Selecting cloud and infrastructure providers with credible sustainability commitments and net-zero targets.

  • Designing software and data pipelines to be computationally efficient, minimising unnecessary processing.

3.4 Waste and Materials

  • Minimising paper use and defaulting to digital documentation.

  • Recycling office waste wherever facilities are available.

  • Procuring office supplies from suppliers with environmental accreditations where practical.

4

Legal Compliance

Klarity will comply with all applicable environmental legislation and regulations. We will monitor changes in environmental law and update our practices accordingly.

5

Responsibility

Overall responsibility for this policy rests with the company’s leadership team. All employees and contractors are expected to support its aims in their day-to-day activities.

Environmental considerations form part of our wider Corporate Social Responsibility commitments published at klarity.health/CorporateSocialResponsibility.

6

Review

This statement is reviewed annually. We will set specific, measurable environmental objectives as the company grows and as better data on our impact becomes available.
